At Pet & Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
